FoxGard^TM a Proven Process

The FoxGard process of powder coating is used in a variety of other applications where superior corrosion resistance is required.  Everyday items like outdoor furniture, electrical and metering devices that endure constant weathering conditions, stadium seats, and other outdoor recreational devices employ powder coating protection.  Stringent military specifications call for powder coating to protect some of the most sophisticated equipment they use.  We have so much confidence in our FoxGard products that we warrant them against corrosion the life of the original homeowner.  See our warranty for details.

The FoxGard process:

• Fox galvanized panels are loaded onto the conveyor
• Acid wash cleans contaminants from steel surface prior to coating
• Electrostatic rinse charges panels to accept charged powder coating particles
• Panels are dried before coating
• Panels receive powder coating
• Coating is bonded to the panels in the oven
• Finished panels are removed from the line
• Panels are nested into one another to help protect them during transportation

StanGard^TM

In addition to the FoxGard premium pool wall system, Fox offers StanGard galvanized walls for a more economical option.  StanGard features the same freeform panels and components but uses a G235 galvanized finish instead of the FoxGard epoxy coated finish.

Fox’s freeform panels allow you to design virtually any shape pool you want.  Fox panels are made to flex laterally while remaining extremely strong vertically.  Each Fox panel incorporates a welded Z-bar support every two feet.  This gives them unmatched strength while allowing them to be formed to the pool shape you desire.  Specially fabricated panels supplied by other manufacturers can delay your pool installation, whereas the Fox freeform panel gives your dealer the freedom to customize your pool without special order items.

Custom Shapes

With a Fox pool you have virtually no limits to the shape you want for your pool.  That's because our universal panels can be formed into almost any shape you desire.  While Fox has numerous pre-drawn designs to choose from, many consumers take advantage of customizing their pool to suit the landscape in their yard.
